Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the wings by patting them dry with paper towels. This helps them crisp up better in the oven.
  3. Toss the wings in oil and seasonings: In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the wings. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss well to coat the wings evenly with the seasonings.
  4. Bake the wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure the wings are spaced out evenly for uniform cooking. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
